For riding the Allegheny Highland Trail in style, visitors to the area can rent or take a tour with Allegheny Recumbent Tours, based in Confluence. Bike rentals include a helmet, area map and a trail snack as well as riding instructions of recumbent bikes. Transportation to and from trail heads can be provided upon request. In addition to bike rentals, day trips with guides are also available from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
